AAU Programs

For students who are committed to becoming a better players

  • Opportunity

Dedicated players, enrolled in 4th through 12th grades boys and girls who are current PSA students will have the opportunity to join our talented AAU Team.

Our goal is to schedule each team in 7 or 8 tournaments, with the potential for competing in the AAU Regional championships. Our focus is on teaching girls and boys to be better basketball players, so they may compete for their school teams. The spirit of competition will prevail thought the tournaments.

  • Playing Time

Pure Sweat Academy’s AAU Teams focus on developing and enhancing skills through a "practice-oriented" approach, as opposed to the traditional extensive schedule of other clubs. Practices are the primary tool for teaching, while tournaments will also provide opportunities for learning the value of teamwork and competition.

our focus to develop player while winning games and giving each player to fulfill their role on the team. This allows players to learn the importance of teamwork and court/game awareness.

  • Relationships

All day, all weekend, and overnight events provides ample time for parent player bonding. Whether it be a post-win dinner, movie night, and or pre-game strategy meetings, life long memories are an integral of the AAU experience.

Coached by lead instructor Randolph Jackson, our AAU Teams gives participants a chance to compete at the highest level of Premier tournaments on the East Coast.

My son and I first met Randolph Jackson about five (5) years ago at a gym. From the moment we met him, I knew that I wanted him to be a part of my son’s growth as an athlete and a person. In the past five years, Randolph has trained my son in both basketball and personal training. Adjectives I would use to describe Randolph as a trainer are kind, caring, humble, respectful, reliable, innovative, motivating and knowledgeable. My son’s basketball skills have transformed from average to way above average thanks to Randolph’s training. His physique has also transformed thanks to Randolph’s encourage for him to push himself, strive to succeed and improve each and every time they work out together. Most importantly, Randolph has helped my son become a better, more well-rounded person, teammate, and student. In a nutshell, hiring Randolph and having be a part of my son’s training has been one of the greatest gifts I could have given him. Thank you, Randolph, for not only being an amazing trainer but for being a great friend and human being

I have known Randolph for a year and a half. Over that time he has enhanced my basketball skills far beyond what I thought I was capable of. Even after my first lesson, I knew he was knowledgeable in his craft and would be able to help me succeed both on and off the court. This past summer, he continued to improve my ball handling and shooting while introducing me to group sessions where I learned the importance of playing with better players and game-like reads. All in all, he held me accountable and as a result helped me make my JV team.

He teaches and made me a believer in the value of hard work and consistency.
