To truly succeed in the game of basketball, a player needs not only to learn his craft, but more importantly have the heart and will to win.
Basketball has always been a passion of mine. I value the defensive end not allowing my opponent to score and also bringing the energy my team needed in that moment. You can be as creative as possible while playing this game similar to playing video games and training allows me to show that creative side.
The ability to motivate your team after a tough loss shows great character than after a win. Endless of hours spent scouting/watching film followed by the game which you get to play chess against the opposing coach.
Today, I find myself loving coaching even more so than playing. Coaching has given me a different perspective and respect for the game of basketball.
I am grateful to the parents of my students who put their trust in me to transform their kids into players.

Thank you Coach Randolph for EVERYTHING that you have done throughout the years. Since we met in 7th grade, you have helped to define me as a player. I have come to appreciate the hard work we have put in to increase my skills and confidence. This hard work ultimately paved the way for me to become a varsity starter on my high school team. Besides the ball handling, shooting, speed and agility, I most appreciate your helping me become the person I am today. As I enter my college years, I will draw from all of the conversations that we have had and remember the life lessons that you have taught me.
Thank You Randolph for being my coach and mentor.

My daughter (age 15) has been working with Randolph for 3.5 years and with his help, she has grown exponentially as a player, a teammate and personally. Aside from incredible changes in general form on the court, speed, acceleration, ball handling, shot mechanics and finishing he goes the extra steps to make her a better teammate, increase her basketball IQ and always pushes her not to settle for mediocre. Her confidence and mental toughness have grown more than I could have ever hoped for. Randolph always pushes her to be as perfect as she is capable of being while always being a supportive coach. She looks forward to every opportunity to continue training with him.
